Convert MP3, M4A, FLAC, WAV, ALAC, Ogg and more in the browser — nothing uploads.

Who it's for: Turning a folder of WAV stems into MP3 or AAC review copies; Making an iPhone ringtone (M4R) from a music cue; Combining chapter MP3s into a single M4B audiobook with chapters; Archiving masters losslessly as FLAC or Apple Lossless.

Supports: MP3 converter, M4A converter, WAV to MP3, FLAC, ALAC, AIFF, Opus, OGG, WMA, APE, AMR, CAF, M4R ringtone, M4B audiobook, Audiobook chapters, iPhone audio converter, Android audio converter, Headerless PCM, Extract audio from video.

Runs entirely in your browser: files are processed on your device and never uploaded.

Is my audio uploaded? No. ffmpeg.wasm runs entirely in your browser — the files never leave your device.

Which formats can it read? MP3, MP2, MP1, AAC, M4A, M4B, M4R, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, APE, Opus, Ogg, WMA, AMR, 3GA, CAF, AC-3, DTS, headerless PCM, and the audio of video files such as MP4, MOV, MKV and AVI.

Does it keep tags and cover art? Tags are copied to every format that supports them. Cover art is kept for MP3, M4A, Apple Lossless, FLAC and M4B.

Can it convert protected iTunes songs (M4P)? No. M4P files are locked with Apple's FairPlay DRM. Songs bought from iTunes since 2009 are DRM-free M4A files, which convert normally.

Can it convert MIDI files? No. MIDI files contain note instructions rather than recorded audio, so they need to be rendered by a synthesizer first.
