CG Lighting Services

Lighting is what makes CG belong to the plate.

CG lighting places, shapes and colours the light in a 3D scene so renders integrate with the photographed plate or the intended look. At Fuke's Media LLP, cg lighting services sits inside a single end-to-end visual production pipeline, so the same team that plans a shot can also finish it — no handoffs between disconnected vendors, no version drift, no surprises in the final conform.

Geometry and textures are objective; light is where the shot becomes cinematography, and where integration succeeds or fails. That is why production houses, OTT commissioners, agencies and brands bring this scope to a specialist partner instead of absorbing it in-house: dedicated artists, predictable turnaround, and a review loop that keeps the director in control of every frame.

We match on-set HDRIs and grey/chrome ball references first, then light creatively within that anchored setup. Every project starts with a technical breakdown — plate audit, colour pipeline, resolution and frame-rate targets, delivery specs — before a single artist is assigned. Shots are tracked individually through 4 production stages, and each stage has a named owner and an approval gate.

Every lighting setup is reviewed as a comp over the plate, never as an isolated render. Deliverables leave the studio only after an internal QC pass covering Lighting scenes, Multi-AOV EXR renders, Light rig templates and any client-specific delivery template. Where a project needs it, we work directly inside the client's own naming convention, folder structure and review platform.

Lighting is what makes CG belong to the plate. Whether the scope is a handful of hero shots or a full-season episodic volume, the workflow scales the same way — the same pipeline, the same QC, the same single point of contact from bid to final delivery.

What on-set data do you need? An HDRI, chrome and grey ball reference, and a note of the practical light sources.

Can you light without on-set reference? Yes, by reconstructing lighting from the plate itself, with a modest accuracy cost.

Do you deliver AOVs for our comp team? Yes, structured to your show's pass template.
