Virtual Production Services

Decisions move from post back to the shoot day, where they are cheapest to make.

Virtual production replaces the green screen with a real-time rendered environment the camera photographs directly, on an LED volume or through live compositing. At Fuke's Media LLP, virtual production services sits inside a single end-to-end visual production pipeline, so the same team that plans a shot can also finish it — no handoffs between disconnected vendors, no version drift, no surprises in the final conform.

Directors and clients approve what they can see, and seeing the final background in-camera removes months of guesswork and post revisions. That is why production houses, OTT commissioners, agencies and brands bring this scope to a specialist partner instead of absorbing it in-house: dedicated artists, predictable turnaround, and a review loop that keeps the director in control of every frame.

We build environments to real-time budgets first — polycount, texture memory, frame-rate targets — and only then push visual fidelity. Every project starts with a technical breakdown — plate audit, colour pipeline, resolution and frame-rate targets, delivery specs — before a single artist is assigned. Shots are tracked individually through 5 production stages, and each stage has a named owner and an approval gate.

Every volume build is stress-tested at target frame rate with the production's actual camera and lens package before shoot day. Deliverables leave the studio only after an internal QC pass covering Unreal Engine scenes, Previs and techvis sequences, Calibration and colour documentation and any client-specific delivery template. Where a project needs it, we work directly inside the client's own naming convention, folder structure and review platform.

Decisions move from post back to the shoot day, where they are cheapest to make. Whether the scope is a handful of hero shots or a full-season episodic volume, the workflow scales the same way — the same pipeline, the same QC, the same single point of contact from bid to final delivery.

Previs & techvis: Blocking, lens choices and volume geometry validated before a stage is booked.

Environment build: Real-time optimised sets in Unreal Engine with lighting authored for camera.

Stage integration: Camera tracking, genlock, colour calibration and operator rehearsal.

Shoot support: On-set brain-bar operation, live tweaks and take-by-take capture of scene state.

Post cleanup: Moiré fixes, edge blending and any pickup shots finished in comp.

Use case: LED volume shoots

Use case: Real-time broadcast and events

Use case: Previs and techvis for complex sequences

Use case: Virtual scouting and blocking

Deliverables: Unreal Engine scenes; Previs and techvis sequences; Calibration and colour documentation; On-set state captures per take.

Do we need an LED volume? No. The same real-time toolset supports green-screen live compositing, previs and virtual scouting without a volume booking.

How early should virtual production start? During pre-production. Techvis needs to influence the shot list, lens package and stage layout to pay off.

Can you support the shoot on site? Yes — brain-bar operators and a real-time supervisor can be staffed for the shoot days.
